区域销售经理(共6名:其中4名SH/上海,2名GZ / /广州)
Major Responsibilities 主要职责:
● 指导和管理区域经销商,促使经销商执行品牌零售管理和销售店创优方案;
● 组织经销商开展区域市场促销活动,提高区域市场销量;
● 收集、分析区域市场和竞争对手产品、价格、销售策略等信息;
● 根据公司的安排,帮助经销商得到适当的培训。
● Direct and manage the dealers, insure delivery of the Brand @ Retail and Retail Excellence programs at all dealer locations
● Organize dealers to develop the sales promotion ,improve the sales volume
● Collect and analyze local market information ,include the competitor’s product ,price and sales policy;
● According to the plan of CAF, help dealers get the proper training.
Qualifications任职资格:
● 有丰富的销售经验,熟悉汽车市场;
● 有强势汽车品牌厂家区域销售管理经验者优先;
● 熟悉计算机的制表,文字处理,Excel和幻灯片等软件系统;
● 良好的组织管理和沟通能力;
● 良好的敬业精神和团队协作能力;
● 良好的分析和应变能力。
● In depth selling experience, preferably in automotive marketing.
● Sales field management experience in auto manufacture company with strong brand is prior.
● Proficient use of computer spreadsheets, word processing、Excel and power point program.
● Good ability at the organizing management and communication
● Good work energy and good ability at the cooperation;
● Good ability at analysis and emergency disposal.
