区域技术支持专员 (共2名: SH/CQ各一 上海/重庆各一)
Major Responsibilities主要职责:
● 支持指导经销商解决疑难问题,提高一次修复率
● 提升经销商解决问题的能力从而防止车辆退回案件的发生
● 处理重大客户投诉(事故车、火烧车等)
● 索赔批准
● Instruct and support the dealers to solve Hard-to-fix quality concern and to improve their FIRTFT Rate.
● Instruct the dealers to prevent buyback case through quality improvement activity for Hard-to-fix quality concern.
● Handling the inquiries from the authority, dealers, and the users on individual important quality issues
(accident case, fire case, and buyback demand).
● Approve dealer warranty claims.
Qualifications任职资格:
● 专科(3年制)及以上汽车相关专业
● 3年以上汽车制造及售后服务领域工作经验
● 汽车服务领域的丰富经验
● 乘用车的中级理论知识、维修的技巧和经验
● 良好的计算机技能
● 良好的沟通技巧及文件撰写能力
● Junior college graduate (3-year) or above, majoring in automobile engineering/technology and related.
● Have more than 3-year experience in the automobile manufacturing or after service.
● Have wide experience in the vehicle service.
● Intermediate level knowledge on the theory of passenger-car and repair skills and experiences.
● High computer skills
● High communication skills and documentation skills.
