Major Responsibilities主要职责:
● 制定经销商服务现场管理考核标准;
● 对区域内经销商定期拜访并实施整改;
● 帮助区域内经销商提高服务业绩;
● 帮助区域内经销商提高CSI;
● 向经销商贯彻实施马自达服务政策;
● 收集市场信息;
● Constitute Service Management Assess Regulation for Dealers
● Periodic Visit to zone Dealer and set down improvement action
● Make action to help zone dealer to expand service performance
● Help zone dealer to improve CSI
● Put Mazda's service policy into practice in dealerships
● Collect market information
Qualifications任职资格:
● 大学本科或同等学力, 车辆工程/管理专业;
● 1-3年汽车售后服务工作经验,厂家相关经验者优先;
● 熟悉汽车行业CSI及汽车服务流程
● 熟练运用办公软件;
● 英语听说流利;
● University graduate in automobile engineering or management
● 1-3 years vehicle service experience
● Familiar with CSI and service process in auto industry
● Familiar with Office software such as MS excel ,word
● Fluent spoken English and listening skill
