销售培训专员(1名BJ/北京)
Major Responsibilities主要职责:
向培训经理汇报工作Reports to Training Manager to perform the following tasks:
● 产品培训资料开发及更新
● 产品销售培训课程的运营及检核
● Develop and renew product sales training material
● Operate and check product sales training
具体工作如下:
● 与其他部门和咨询公司合作,完成销售培训教材
● 协调运营培训课程的开展
● 为长安马自达经销店提供产品知识培训及辅导
● 协同授课老师及经销店,保证授课的顺利进行
● 了解市场信息,及时更新并补充销售培训教材
● 保持与学员的良好沟通,收集对培训课程的反馈,提出合理建议,定期完成培训报告
● 对参训的学员建立培训纪录,定期跟踪
● 检核经销店销售人员对产品知识的掌握程度,定期评估
● Cooperate with the other department and supplier, develop the sales training material
● Operating and correspond the training organizing
● Product training delivering for CMSC dealers
● Correspond with trainer and dealership to insure the training delivery successful
● Collecting the marketing information, update sales training material in time
● Keep good communicate with participants and listen their feedback about training course, provide suggestion and training report regularly
● Maintain the training track and data base of participants
● Evaluate the selling ability of dealership sales consultant, make sure they know the product knowledge very well
Qualifications任职资格:
● 汽车爱好者,具备丰富的汽车知识
● 一年以上的相关培训工作经验
● 大学本科以上学历
● 良好的书面及口头表达能力
● 具备较强的沟通和协调能力
● Auto fans, vehicle knowledge is necessary
● 1 year above relevant training experience
● University graduate
● Good writing and oral expressive ability
● Good communication and coordination abilities
