Major Responsibilities主要职责:
● 分析并制定售后零件价格策略
● 分析并制定售后服务市场策略
● 推广售后服务品牌形象
● 定位并领导售后市场推广活动
● 开发针对经销商与客户的季节性或主题性推广活动
● 开发售后收藏品、精品或相关的附件
● 负责开发所有售后服务的市场沟通材料
● Analysis and developing the parts price strategy
● Analysis and developing the after-sales marketing strategy
● Improving after-sales brand image
● Developing niche and direct marketing programs
● Developing seasonal or theme promotions to the dealers and customers
● Developing Ford Collections, merchandise or related accessories
● Coordinating all the communication materials of the after-sales market
Qualifications任职资格:
● 至少5年市场或相关领域的工作经验。
● 汽车公司售后服务市场经验或公共关系工作经验优先。
● 工商管理、市场或相关专业硕士学历。
● 出色的谈判技巧,工作积极主动。
● 熟练的英语听、说、写能力。
● Minimum five years experience in marketing or related field.
● Experience in automotive after-sales marketing or Public Relationship field will be an advantage.
● A master degree in MBA, marketing or relative business field.
● Excellent negotiation skills, a high level of motivation.
● The ability to speak, read, and write English is required.
