OTD分析专员（2名CQ/重庆）

负责车辆的分配和生产计划的制定；经销商返利的计算及其流程的完善，对经销商进行管理和指导。
Manage the vehicle distribution and Production plan; improve business flow of incentive, guide all the dealers to achieve their objective.

Major Responsibilities 主要职责:

● 车辆的调拨和分配；
● 对公司产品生产计划的制定及调整；
● 经销商返利的计算以及相关流程的制订和完善；
● 相关销售数据的统计和分析；
● 协调各部门关系，在时间期限和既定的预算内，确保高质量高效完成工作。

● Production plan of all the products in the company;
● Improve business flow of incentive.
● Sales analyze based on the situation of market.
● Coordinate the relationship between all departments and make sure all work can be completed efficiently with high quality in limited time and budget.

Qualifications任职资格:

● 经济、管理或汽车类本科及以上学历。
● 销售分析经验（从优）
● 项目管理技能及经验
● 大学英语六级以上水平
● 精通计算机（MS office）
● 良好的的沟通\协调\组织能力及人际交往能力

● Degree (Bachelor or above) in Economic、Management or Automobile
● Sales analyze experiences (preferred)
● Project management skills and experience.
● English level above CET-6.
● Familiar with MS. Office including word, excel, PPT etc.
● Good communication, coordination, organization and interpersonal skills.
